Qualification :M.Sc., qualification in Physics/Applied Physics / Materials Science / Equivalent degree in first division with valid GATE /UGC-NET.
Maximum age limit*: 28 years * The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates Consolidated
Monthly Fellowship: Rs.Rs. 25,000/- pm plus HRA for first two years @Rs. 28,000/- pm plus HRA for third year (After the project Progress review)
