Project Assistant job vacancy in Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc)
Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have Bachelor with a first class in any area of biology, a masters to be awarded by the start date of employment with at least a first class. 2 or more years of research experience in both genetics and live imaging is strongly preferred, and at least one year of such experience is required for consideration. Candidate should be available to start August 1st, 2017. A letter of recommendation from someone with close knowledge of their research experience is essential.
Desirable:Candidate will work on a collaborative project between Prof. Gautam Menon at !MSc and Prof. Sandhya Koushika at TIFR Mambai gathering experimental data and analysis of mitochondria) transport to aid in computational modelling.
