Assistant Professor recruitment in Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology

Qualification : (i). Master Degree in Biochemistry (Specialization in the food processing area is preferred). (ii). If candidates with Doctoral degrees in relevant subjects are available they will be preferred over the Master’s Degree holders. (iii). Desirable Qualifications: (1.) Ph.D in the relevant field (2.) National Eligibility Test (NET) qualified
Scale of Pay : PB-III: Rs.15,600-39,100/- RGP: Rs.6,000/- (Pay is subject to revision under 7th Pay Commission)
Recruitment Process : Through Open competition by screening test and interview.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years and 33 years in case of Ph.D. holders. In service candidates of the IIFPT less than 35 years are also eligible.
Fee : The receipt of online transfer for Rs. 500/- (with name and address of the candidate on its back) as application fee which is non refundable.
